Wespa 80 is a silicon-based agricultural spray adjuvant containing Silicon Surfactant 80% w/v. It reduces the surface tension of any spray solution, making it spread evenly across all leaf surfaces. Sprays mixed with Wespa 80 stick better to waxy, hairy, and glossy leaves, improving coverage and reducing product wastage. It improves the performance of insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, and foliar fertilizers — giving better results from every spray without increasing the dose, making it cost-effective for the farmers.
Reduces Surface Tension: Wespa 80 reduces the surface tension of any spray solution, causing droplets to spread out and cover the entire leaf surface rather than beading up and rolling off.
Improves Coverage: Wespa 80 covers significantly more leaf surface area with the same volume of solution.
Improves Rainfastness: Wespa 80 helps spray solutions adhere firmly to leaf surfaces, maintaining better performance even if light rain falls after application.
High Compatibility: Works with insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, foliar fertilizers, micronutrients, and other foliar applications, increasing overall efficacy.
Wide Crop Coverage: It is suitable for Tomato, Potato, Paddy, Cucurbits, Chilli, Okra, Cotton, Grapes, Ornamental Flowers, and other vegetables.
With Insecticides: Improves contact between spray droplets and pest bodies, especially on waxy insects like Whiteflies and Mealybugs.
With Fungicides: Improves leaf surface coverage and penetration, giving better disease control from every spray.
With Herbicides: Improves contact with weed leaf surfaces, especially on waxy and hairy weeds that resist standard sprays.
With Foliar Fertilizers: More nutrients enter the plant per spray with less product wastage.
With Micronutrients: Improves leaf absorption of Zinc, Boron, Iron, and other trace elements on waxy-leafed crops.
With Plant Growth Regulators: Faster absorption through leaf stomata gives quicker plant response during critical growth stages.
Add Wespa 80 directly to the prepared spray solution just before spraying. Do not pre-mix with concentrated product — always add to the diluted spray tank.
Crop | Application | Dose (per liter of spray solution) | When to Use |
|---|---|---|---|
Tomato | With Insecticides / Fungicides | 0.25–0.50 ml | Add to every spray for better coverage and penetration |
Potato | With Fungicides / Herbicides | 0.25–0.50 ml | Add to every spray for better weed and disease coverage |
Paddy / Rice | With Insecticides / Fungicides | 0.25–0.50 ml | Add to every spray for better leaf adhesion and coverage |
Chilli | With Insecticides / Fungicides | 0.25–0.50 ml | Add to every spray for better pest and disease contact |
Okra | With Insecticides / Foliar Fertilizers | 0.25–0.50 ml | Add to every insecticide and nutrition spray |
Cotton | With Insecticides / Herbicides | 0.25–0.50 ml | Add to every spray throughout the season |
Grapes | With Fungicides / Foliar Fertilizers | 0.25–0.50 ml | Add to fungicide and nutrition sprays during berry development |
Cucurbits | With Insecticides / Fungicides | 0.25–0.50 ml | Add to every spray for better coverage on waxy leaf surfaces |
Ornamental Flowers | With Foliar Fertilizers / Micronutrients | 0.25–0.50 ml | Add to every foliar nutrition spray throughout the season |
All Other Crops | With Any Foliar Spray | 0.25–0.50 ml | Add to any insecticide, fungicide, herbicide, or fertilizer spray |
Note: Never exceed 0.50 ml per liter — overdosing Wespa 80 can cause excessive run-off and reduce coverage effectiveness.
Prepare the spray solution by mixing the required pesticide or fertilizer dose in the sprayer tank with the required volume of water.
Once the spray solution is fully prepared and uniform, add the required quantity of Wespa 80 at 0.25 to 0.50 ml per liter.
Stir gently after adding Wespa 80 — do not shake vigorously, as excessive foaming can occur with silicon-based surfactants.
Begin spraying immediately after mixing — do not allow the solution to stand for a long time after adding Wespa 80.
Spray evenly across all plant surfaces — the reduced surface tension will visibly improve the spread of the solution on leaf surfaces.
Rinse the sprayer completely with clean water after every use to prevent surfactant residue inside the tank.
Store the remaining Wespa 80 in its original sealed container away from direct sunlight.
Add Wespa 80 to any spray applied in the early morning or late evening for best results — cool temperatures and higher humidity improve the spreading and absorption of the spray solution on leaf surfaces.
Frequency of Application: Add Wespa 80 to every foliar spray throughout the season — it is not a standalone crop protection product and should always be used alongside insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, or foliar fertilizers.
Re-Entry Period: Safe to re-enter treated areas as soon as the spray has completely dried on plant surfaces.
Compatibility: Wespa 80 is compatible with most commonly used insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, and foliar fertilizers. Always do a jar test before combining with any new product to confirm compatibility.
Wear gloves and goggles while measuring and handling this product.
Never eat, drink, or smoke during mixing or application.

Wespa 80 is an agricultural spray adjuvant added to insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, and foliar fertilizers to reduce surface tension, improve spray coverage, and enhance the performance of every product it is mixed with.
When added to any spray solution, it reduces surface tension, causing the spray droplets to spread uniformly across all leaf surfaces, including waxy and hairy ones — instead of beading up and rolling off. This gives better coverage, faster absorption, and more consistent results from every spray.
Yes — it is compatible with most insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, foliar fertilizers, and micronutrient products. Always do a jar test before combining with any new product to confirm compatibility before field application.
Add 0.25 to 0.50 ml per liter of prepared spray solution. Always add to the diluted spray tank — never add directly to the concentrated product. Do not exceed 0.50 ml per liter, as overdosing can cause excessive run-off.
Yes — it helps spray solutions adhere more firmly to leaf surfaces after application, maintaining better performance even if light rain falls within a few hours of spraying.
