Dhanuka Pager is a broad-spectrum insecticide and acaricide that is made of a unique formula that helps control pests that have developed resistance to traditional crop remedies. This insecticide provides a contact mode of action that works by inhibiting mitochondrial respiration, depleting the pest’s cellular energy. The Dhanuka Pager insecticide ensures complete crop coverage and effective pest control while having a lower chemical impact, making it suitable for Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices.
Resistance Management: Pager insecticide has a unique formula that shows effective results against pest who have developed resistance.
Complete Coverage: Dhanuka Pager insecticide has a strong translaminar activity, covering every part of the crop upon application.
Quick Action: This insecticide stops pest feeding immediately, improving crop health quickly, leading to better yields.
Wide Spectrum Control: Dhanuka Pager insecticide controls both sucking insects and spider mites in a single application.
Long-Lasting: Pager insecticide also offers prolonged residual protection, reducing the need for frequent applications.
IPM Compatible: Dhanuka Pager insecticide can be used for various IPM practices, providing economic and environmental benefits.
Pager Insecticide controls sucking pests and mites across all registered crops:
Sucking Pests: Aphids, Jassids, Whiteflies, Thrips
Mites: Red Spider Mites, Yellow Spider Mites
Lepidopteran Pests: Diamondback Moth (DBM) in Cabbage
Other Pests: Capsule Borer (Cardamom), Whitefly (Brinjal)
Mix Dhanuka Pager in 200 litres of water per acre for foliar spray. Apply at the first sign of pest or mite infestation for the best knockdown results.
The Pager insecticide dose per litre is 1.5–2 gm per litre of water for most foliar applications, equivalent to 250–300 gm per acre.
Crop | Target Pest | Dose Per Acre | Per 15L Pump | PHI |

Chilli | Red Spider Mites, Whiteflies, Thrips | 250 gm | 18–19 gm | 3 days |
Cabbage | Diamondback Moth (DBM) | 250 gm | 18–19 gm | 3 days |
Brinjal | Whitefly, Jassids | 250 gm | 18–19 gm | 3 days |
Cardamom | Capsule Borer, Thrips | 250 gm | 18–19 gm | 7 days |
Tomato | Whiteflies, Thrips, Mites | 250 gm | 18–19 gm | 3 days |
Okra | Jassids, Aphids, Whiteflies | 250 gm | 18–19 gm | 3 days |
Measure the required dose of Pager insecticide as per the crop-wise dose table above.
Add the measured powder to a small amount of clean water in a separate container and stir well to form a uniform slurry.
Pour the slurry into the sprayer tank half-filled with clean water and mix thoroughly before topping up.
Fill with the remaining clean water and agitate well before spraying.
Use a hollow cone nozzle for thorough coverage — ensure spray reaches the underside of leaves and the inner canopy where mites and whiteflies are most active.
Apply during late evening — Diafenthiuron is toxic to bees, so avoid spraying during active foraging hours.
Ensure adequate soil moisture before spraying Cotton — leaf reddening may occur if the crop is water-stressed at the time of application.
Rinse the sprayer thoroughly with clean water after every use.
Apply Dhanuka Pager in the late evening for best results and to minimise risk to pollinators. Apply at the first sign of sucking pest or mite infestation — early intervention gives the fastest knockdown and prevents population build-up.
Frequency of Application: Apply at the first sign of pest infestation. Repeat every 10–15 days depending on pest pressure — 2–3 sprays per season are recommended. Do not exceed the label-recommended number of applications per season.
Re-Entry Period: Do not enter treated fields for at least 24 hours after spraying without proper protective gear.
Tank-Mix Compatibility: Pager insecticide is compatible with most insecticides and fungicides. Avoid mixing with strongly alkaline products. Always perform a jar test before mixing with unfamiliar inputs.
Wear gloves, goggles, and a face mask before handling or spraying Pager insecticide.
Do not eat, drink, or smoke during mixing or application.
Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes — rinse immediately with clean water for 15 minutes if contact occurs.
Highly toxic to bees — do not spray during active foraging hours; always spray in the late evening.
Keep children, pets, and livestock away from treated fields for at least 24 hours.
Wash all exposed skin thoroughly with soap and water after every spray session.
Triple rinse empty containers, puncture, and dispose of per local waste guidelines.
Store Dhanuka Pager in its original sealed packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Keep packaging tightly sealed after use to prevent moisture absorption.
