Bayer Solomon insecticide is a dual-action insecticide used for controlling both chewing and sucking pests in crops like brinjal, soybean, cotton, and chilli. Bayer Solomon insecticide gives quick contact action and strong systemic support as it works on the insect nervous system, causing feeding stoppage, poor movement, knockdown, and final pest control. Solomon insecticide helps manage pests such as aphids, jassids, whiteflies, thrips, shoot and fruit borers, girdle beetles, and semi-looper. Solomon insecticide also gives anti-feeding action, better plant retention, and useful rain-fastness due to its oil dispersion formulation.
Dual Action: Bayer Solomon insecticide offers both contact and systemic activity against damaging pests.
Broad-Spectrum: Solomon insecticide controls aphids, jassids, whiteflies, thrips, shoot and fruit borers, girdle beetles, and semi-loopers.
Quick Action: Bayer Solomon gives fast action after spraying, helping reduce pest movement and feeding damage quickly.
Anti-Feeding Support: The Solomon insecticide helps stop pests from feeding on leaves, shoots, flowers, and fruits after proper spray coverage.
Long-Lasting: Bayer Solomon insecticide gives longer control when sprayed at the early pest stage and with enough water.
Rainfast: The oil dispersion formulation helps Bayer Solomon stay better on the plant surface after drying and can’t be washed off easily by rain.
Sucking Pests: Aphids, jassids, whiteflies, thrips, and similar sap-sucking insects.
Chewing Pests: Shoot and fruit borers, semi-looper, and other leaf or fruit-feeding pests.
Soybean Pests: Girdle beetle and semi-looper that damage stems and leaves.
Vegetable Crop Pests: Aphids, jassids, whiteflies, thrips, and shoot and fruit borers in crops like brinjal and chilli.
Cotton Pest Pressure: Jassids and whiteflies that affect crop greenness, growth, and boll development.
Use Bayer Solomon insecticide as a foliar spray with clean water. Solomon insecticide dose per litre is generally around 0.35 to 0.75 ml per litre, depending on the crop, pest, and water volume used per acre. For best results, Bayer Solomon insecticide should be sprayed evenly on the crop canopy when pests are first noticed.
Crop | Target Pest | Dose per acre | Application Method | PHI |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Brinjal | Aphids, jassids, shoot and fruit borer | 70 to 80 ml | Foliar spray in about 200 L water | 7 days |
Soybean | Girdle beetle and semi-looper | 140 ml | Foliar spray in about 200 L water | 17 days |
Cotton | Jassids and whiteflies | 80 ml | Foliar spray in about 200 L water | 21 days |
Chilli | Thrips, aphids, and whiteflies | 124 ml | Foliar spray in about 200 L water | 5 days |
Cucumber | Whitefly | 200 ml | Foliar spray with proper canopy coverage | 5 days |
Wheat | Aphids | 160 ml | Foliar spray in about 200 L water | 31 days |
Cashew | Tea mosquito bug and thrips | Follow label dose | Foliar spray with full canopy coverage | 45 days |
Measure the required Bayer Solomon insecticide quantity as per crop and pest pressure.
Fill the spray tank halfway with clean water.
Mix the measured Solomon insecticide in a small amount of water first.
Add the prepared Bayer Solomon mixture into the spray tank.
Add the remaining water and stir the spray solution properly.
Spray Bayer Solomon insecticide uniformly on the full crop canopy.
Cover the upper and lower leaf surfaces where sucking pests hide.
For fruit borer, spray Solomon insecticide properly on shoots, flowers, and fruiting parts.
Use Bayer Solomon when pests are active but before damage becomes severe.
Do not spray Solomon insecticide during strong wind, heavy rain, or very hot afternoon weather.
Use the prepared Bayer Solomon insecticide spray solution on the same day.
Apply Bayer Solomon insecticide at the first sign of pest activity, before the pest population becomes heavy. Morning or evening spraying is better because wind and heat stress are usually lower. Solomon insecticide gives better results when pests are active, and spray coverage reaches the hidden areas of the crop canopy. Avoid spraying Bayer Solomon on stressed crops or when rain is expected soon.
Frequency of Application: One timely Bayer Solomon insecticide spray can manage early to moderate pest pressure. If pest pressure continues, follow a proper spray rotation instead of repeating the same chemistry continuously.
Re-Entry Period: Do not enter the treated field for at least 24 hours after Solomon insecticide application without proper protective gear.
Compatibility: Do not mix Bayer Solomon blindly with fungicides, fertilizers, micronutrients, or plant growth products. Always do a jar test first.
Application Care: Bayer Solomon insecticide works best when spray droplets reach both exposed and hidden pest areas.
Resistance Care: Solomon insecticide should be rotated with other recommended insecticide groups to reduce resistance risk.
Read the Bayer Solomon insecticide label carefully before mixing and spraying.
Wear gloves, mask, goggles, long sleeves, and protective footwear while using Solomon insecticide.
Do not eat, drink, smoke, or chew anything during Bayer Solomon application.
Avoid direct contact of Solomon insecticide with skin, eyes, and mouth.
Do not inhale spray mist while applying Bayer Solomon insecticide in the field.
Avoid spraying Bayer Solomon when bees and beneficial insects are actively moving in the crop.
Keep Solomon insecticide away from ponds, canals, fish farms, drinking water, and animal areas.
Keep children, animals, and unprotected workers away from the treated field until the spray dries.
Store Bayer Solomon insecticide in its original sealed container.
Keep Solomon insecticide in a cool, dry, shaded, and well-ventilated storage place.
Keep Bayer Solomon away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture, and open flame.
Store Solomon insecticide away from food, animal feed, drinking water, seeds, and household items.
