General Dose: Use 1.5–2 ml per litre of water or 300–400 ml per acre in about 150–200 litres of water. Deltamethrin 2.5% SC should be applied according to pest intensity and the current product label.
Shake the container well before measuring.
Fill the spray tank halfway with clean water.
Measure the required quantity according to the recommended dose.
Add Deltamethrin 2.5% SC slowly while stirring.
Add the remaining water and mix thoroughly.
Spray evenly over the crop, including the undersides of leaves.
Use the prepared spray solution on the same day.
Apply Deltamethrin 2.5% SC when pests first appear or when infestation reaches the recommended economic threshold. Spray during calm morning or evening hours for better coverage. Avoid spraying during strong wind, rainfall, or intense midday heat.
Frequency of Application: Repeat only when pest pressure continues and another treatment is permitted on the current label.
Re-Entry Period: Allow treated foliage to dry before workers or animals enter the sprayed field.
Compatibility: Deltamethrin 2.5% SC can be used in normal crop-protection programmes, but a compatibility test should be done before tank mixing with another pesticide.
Wear gloves, mask, protective eyewear, long clothing and closed footwear.
Avoid direct skin and eye contact.
Do not inhale spray mist during application.
Do not eat, drink, smoke, or chew while spraying.
Do not exceed the recommended Deltamethrin 2.5% SC dose.
Avoid spraying near ponds, streams, canals, and other water bodies.
Avoid application when bees are actively foraging on flowering crops.
Wash hands, clothing, and spraying equipment after use.
Store the product in its original, tightly sealed container.
Keep it in a cool, dry, shaded, and well-ventilated place.
Protect the container from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Keep it away from food, feed, medicines, seeds, and drinking water.
Store out of reach of children and farm animals.
Shelf Life: Follow the manufacturing and expiry dates printed on the pack.
