Tata Rallis Tatamida is a strong insecticide that has broad-spectrum control over various pests like aphids, jassids, whiteflies, thrips, and more. This insecticide offers a systemic mode of action as it works by binding to receptors in the pest’s nervous system, causing continuous nerve stimulation, fatal paralysis, and rapid cessation of feeding. Tatamida insecticide provides complete coverage for effective protection; paired with long-lasting effects, it ensures healthy crops for the best yields.
Long-Lasting: Tatamida insecticide delivers long-lasting protection through residual action, reducing the need for reapplication.
Complete Coverage: The Tatamida insecticide spreads throughout the crop evenly upon application through strong translaminar action.
Versatile Application: This insecticide can be used against various insects such as aphids, jassids, hoppers, and termites as well.
Crop Safety: Tatamida insecticide has extremely low phytotoxicity that ensures healthy crops when used as directed.
High Compatibility: The Tatamida insecticide mixes well with commonly used insecticides and fungicides, offering better results.
Tatamida Insecticide Uses cover sucking insects, leaf miners, beetles, and soil pests across all recommended crops:
Sucking Pests: Aphids, Jassids, Whiteflies, Thrips, Green Leaf Hopper (GLH), Brown Plant Hopper (BPH), White-Backed Plant Hopper (WBPH)
Other Insects: Leaf Miners, Beetles, Flies
Soil Pests: Termites
Recommended Crops: Cotton, Paddy (Rice), Sugarcane, Chilli, Mango, Okra, Groundnut, Tomato, and other Vegetables
The Tatamida Insecticide Dosage Per Litre is 0.5–1 ml per litre of water — equivalent to 40–160 ml per acre depending on crop type and pest severity.
Crop | Target Pest | Dose Per Acre | Per 15L Pump | PHI |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Cotton | Aphids, Jassids, Whiteflies, Thrips | 60–75 ml | 4.5–5.5 ml | 20 days |
Paddy / Rice | BPH, WBPH, GLH | 40–60 ml | 3–4.5 ml | 14 days |
Sugarcane | Termites | 150–160 ml | 11–12 ml | As per label |
Chilli | Aphids, Thrips, Jassids | 60–80 ml | 4.5–6 ml | 7 days |
Mango | Hoppers, Thrips | 60–80 ml | 4.5–6 ml | 21 days |
Vegetables | Aphids, Whiteflies, Jassids | 40–60 ml | 3–4.5 ml | 7 days |
Read the label instructions fully before measuring the dose.
Measure the correct quantity of Tatamida insecticide as per the crop and pest in the dose table above — 0.5–1 ml per litre of water.
Pre-mix in a small amount of water before adding to the half-filled spray tank — Tatamida insecticide is a soluble liquid that dissolves completely and easily.
Fill the tank to 200 litres per acre with clean water and agitate well before spraying.
Use a hollow cone nozzle — for Paddy, direct spray toward the base of the plant where BPH and WBPH are most active; for Sugarcane termite control, drench the sett furrows before covering with soil.
For Cotton, the critical application window is between 20–60 days after sowing.
Never spray during flowering hours — Tatamida insecticide is toxic to bees and pollinators, so apply only in the early morning or late evening.
Wash hands and all exposed skin thoroughly with soap and water after every spray session.
Apply Tatamida insecticide in the early morning or late evening to protect pollinators. For Paddy, begin spraying when BPH populations reach 5–10 hoppers per hill. For Cotton, watch for the first signs of sucking pest colonies on young leaves and apply promptly.
Frequency of Application: Tatamida insecticide provides up to 3 weeks of residual protection — apply at the Economic Threshold Level and repeat only when pest pressure returns. Do not exceed 2–3 applications per season. Always rotate with insecticides from different IRAC groups after 2 consecutive applications to prevent resistance.
Re-Entry Period: Do not enter treated fields for at least 24 hours after spraying without proper protective gear.
Tank-Mix Compatibility: Tatamida insecticide is compatible with most commonly used insecticides and fungicides. Always perform a jar test before mixing with unfamiliar products. Avoid mixing with strongly alkaline inputs.
Wear gloves, goggles, and a face mask before handling or spraying Tatamida insecticide.
Do not eat, drink, or smoke during mixing or application.
Avoid direct skin and eye contact — rinse with large amounts of clean water for 15 minutes if contact occurs.
Toxic to bees and aquatic organisms — do not spray near beehives, water bodies, or during active flowering.
Keep children, pets, and livestock away from treated fields for at least 24 hours.
Wash all exposed skin thoroughly with soap and water after application.
Triple rinse empty containers, puncture, and dispose of per local waste guidelines.
Store Tatamida insecticide in its original sealed container in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight.
Keep containers tightly closed after use.
Keep away from food, animal feed, and seeds.
