Katyayani Imd-178 is a broad-spectrum Chloronicotinyl insecticide that contains Imidacloprid. It works by interfering with the nervous system of insects, specifically affecting receptors that are involved in transmitting nerve impulses.

Its systemic action ensures comprehensive defense against pests that feed on any part of the plant while remaining selective to beneficial insects like ladybugs and honeybees.

Imidacloprid, 17.8% SL, is a systemic insecticide, which means it is absorbed by the plant and distributed throughout its tissues.
Imidacloprid, 17.8% SL, has a rapid knockdown effect, meaning that it starts killing insects quickly after they come into contact with it.
IMD-178 controls the termites of sugarcane.
IMD-178 controls the sucking insect pests of various crops very effectively.
Low application rates are needed, hence it is cost-effective.

Mode of Action:

Imidacloprid, 17.8% SL, is a systemic insecticide with translaminar activity and contact and stomach action that is commonly used in agriculture to protect crops from pests.
It works by disrupting the nervous system of insects, causing paralysis and eventually leading to their death.
This insecticide is also used to treat and prevent flea infestations in pets.

Dosage:

For domestic use, take 2-4 ml of water per 1 Liter.
For Large Applications, 100 -150 ml per acre is recommended.

Cotton, Sugarcane, Paddy (Rice), Chilli, Mango, Sunflower, Okra, Citrus, and Many Other Crops.
