Technical Content: Imidacloprid 17.8% SL

Katyayani Imd 178 is a broad-spectrum insecticide that contains Imidacloprid, It works by interfering with the nervous system of insects, specifically affecting receptors that are involved in transmitting nerve impulses. This insecticide offers rapid knockdown of pests like aphids, whiteflies, and thrips, providing sustained protection with minimal application rates. Its systemic action ensures comprehensive defense against pests that feed on any part of the plant while remaining selective to beneficial insects like ladybugs and honeybees. IMD 178 is ideal for cotton, vegetables, fruits, and ornamentals, delivering effective and long-lasting pest control.

Mode of Action:

Imidacloprid 17.8% SL is a Systemic insecticide with translaminar activity and with contact and stomach action that is commonly used in agriculture to protect crops from pests. It works by disrupting the nervous system of insects, causing paralysis and eventually leading to their death. This insecticide is also used in the treatment and prevention of flea infestations in pets.

Dosage:

For Domestic Use: take 2-4 ml per 1 Liter of Water.

For Large Applications: 100 -150 ml per acre is recommended.
