Parijat PARIMAZE is a highly effective selective herbicide formulated with Imazethapyr 10% SL. It offers systemic weed control in legume crops like soybean, moong, urad, and groundnut. It is absorbed through both foliage and roots, and works by stopping the growth of unwanted weeds, thus ensuring better crop health and increased productivity.
Imazethapyr 10% SL
Imazethapyr acts by inhibiting the ALS (Acetolactate Synthase) enzyme in weeds, disrupting protein synthesis and plant cell development. This leads to gradual wilting and death of both broadleaf and grassy weeds while keeping the crop safe.
Method: Apply as a post-emergence spray using flat fan or flood jet nozzles for even coverage.
Time: Apply 15–20 days after sowing when weeds are at the 2–4 leaf stage and before flowering begins in the crop. Ensure adequate soil moisture for best results.
