JU Glypho-71 is a non-selective post-emergence herbicide used for removing unwanted weeds from tea plantations and non-cropped areas. Glypho 71 offers a systemic mode of action that works by inhibiting an essential enzyme, stopping important amino acid synthesis. This herbicide helps control tough grasses, broadleaf weeds, perennial weeds, and sedges. Glypho-71 systemic herbicide is useful where farmers need complete weed removal from field borders, bunds, farm pathways, open land, and recommended plantation areas. It helps clear large fields as it is non-selective and is easy to apply, making it very beginner-friendly.

Glypho-71 systemic herbicide should be mixed in clean water and sprayed on weed foliage with uniform coverage. Avoid spraying it on crop leaves, crop stems, roots, vegetables, nursery plants, or any green crop part.

Measure the required JU Glypho-71 quantity as per acre area and weed pressure.
Fill the spray tank halfway with clean water.
Add the measured granules into a small amount of water first.
Stir until the mixture dissolves properly.
Add this prepared solution into the main spray tank.
Add the remaining water and mix well.
Spray this systemic herbicide directly on weed leaves.
Use a flat-fan or flood-jet nozzle for uniform weed coverage.
Apply JU Glypho-71 only as a directed spray.
Do not apply the herbicide directly on top of crops.
Do not allow the spray drift to touch green crop parts.
Use the prepared Glypho-71 systemic herbicide solution on the same day.
Apply JU Glypho-71 when weeds are actively growing and have enough green leaf area. This systemic herbicide works better on perennial weeds when they have around 4 to 8 leaves, because movement toward roots becomes stronger. Avoid spraying it during rain, strong wind, very hot afternoon weather, or drought stress. Morning or evening application is better for safer and more uniform spray coverage.
Frequency of Application: One proper JU Glypho-71 spray is generally used for active weed growth. Repeat only when new weeds emerge, and label guidance allows it.
Re-Entry Period: Do not enter the sprayed area for at least 24 hours after Glypho-71 systemic herbicide application without protective gear.
Compatibility: Do not mix it with unknown pesticides, fertilizers, micronutrients, or alkaline products without a jar test.
Application Care: This systemic herbicide performs better when sprayed on clean, active, green weed foliage.
Resistance Care: Rotate JU Glypho-71 with mechanical weeding and other weed-management methods to reduce repeated dependence.
