Indofil Oxygold is an effective herbicide used to manage several broadleaf weeds and some annual grasses. This herbicide offers a contact mode of action as it works by inhibiting the PPO enzyme, disrupting cell membranes upon light exposure. The Oxygold herbicide offers broad-spectrum protection, along with crop safety due to its selective properties. This herbicide is also highly versatile as it can be used as pre- and post-emergent.
Selective Control: Indofil Oxygold helps control weeds in recommended crops when applied at the correct stage and dose.
Flexibility of Use: The Indofil Oxygold herbicide can be used as a pre- and post-emergent, providing versatile application
Broad Spectrum: Indofil Oxygold controls several broadleaf weeds and some annual grasses in rice, tea, and onion.
Residual Action: This herbicide offers long-lasting residual activity, which ensures prolonged protection effects.
Transplanted Rice: Indofil Oxygold helps control weeds like Echinochloa species, Cyperus iria, and Eclipta alba in rice fields.
Tea: Oxygold herbicide supports weed control against Digitaria, Paspalum, Borreria, and related weed pressure.
Onion: Indofil Oxygold helps manage Chenopodium and Amaranthus viridis-type weeds during early crop growth.
Broadleaf Weeds: Oxygold herbicide helps reduce broadleaf weeds that grow fast and compete with young crops.
Annual Grasses: Indofil Oxygold gives support against selected annual grasses when applied at the right weed stage.
Use Indofil Oxygold as a pre-emergence or early post-emergence spray with clean water. Oxygold herbicide Dose Per Litre is around 1.25 ml per litre when using about 250 ml per acre in 200 litres of water. Oxygold herbicide should be sprayed evenly on the soil surface or young weeds. Avoid overdose, spray drift, and direct spray overlap on sensitive crop parts.

Tea | Digitaria, Paspalum, Borreria, Hispidia | 250 to 400 ml | Directed spray on weed area | 15 days |
Onion | Chenopodium spp., Amaranthus viridis | 170 to 350 ml | Pre-emergence or early weed-stage spray | Follow label |

Measure the required Indofil Oxygold quantity as per crop, weed stage, and field area.
Fill the spray tank halfway with clean water.
Mix the measured Oxygold herbicide quantity in a small amount of water first.
Add the prepared Indofil Oxygold mixture into the main spray tank.
Add the remaining water and stir the spray solution properly.
Spray Indofil Oxygold herbicide uniformly on the weed area or soil surface.
Use a flat-fan nozzle for better coverage and even spray distribution.
Apply Indofil Oxygold within 0 to 3 days after sowing or transplanting for pre-emergence use.
For early post-emergence use, apply Oxygold herbicide up to the 2 to 3-leaf weed stage.
Do not apply the herbicide directly on top of crops.
Avoid spraying Indofil Oxygold during strong wind, rainfall, or very hot afternoon weather.
Use the prepared Oxygold herbicide solution on the same day.
Apply Indofil Oxygold when weeds are not yet emerged or are still at the early 2 to 3 leaf stage. Oxygold herbicide performs better when the field has suitable moisture and weeds are young. For rice, early timing after transplanting gives better weed suppression. For onion and tea, Indofil Oxygold should be applied carefully as a directed spray to avoid crop injury.
Frequency of Application: One timely Indofil Oxygold application is generally suitable for early weed control. Repeat Oxygold herbicide only if label guidance allows and fresh weed pressure appears.
Re-Entry Period: Do not enter the treated field for at least 24 hours after Oxygold herbicide spray without protective gear.
Compatibility: Indofil Oxygold should not be mixed with unknown pesticides, fertilizers, micronutrients, or growth products without a jar test.
Application Care: Oxygold herbicide works better when the spray layer is uniform and the field surface is not disturbed soon after application.
Resistance Care: Rotate Indofil Oxygold with other weed-management practices and avoid depending only on the same herbicide group every season.
State Restriction: Oxygold herbicide is restricted in Kerala state. Follow local rules before purchase or field use.
