Pump dose: 6 to 7.5 gm in a 15-litre knapsack pump.
Wear hand gloves and a face mask before opening the pack.
Weigh out the correct dose using a clean spoon or weighing cup.
Pre-mix Bioclaim with a small quantity of water in a separate bucket to form a smooth slurry — this avoids clumping inside the spray tank.
Pour the slurry into a half-filled spray tank and add the remaining water gradually while stirring.
Fit the sprayer with a hollow-cone or fine-mist nozzle for proper droplet size.
Spray during a clear, calm window — first cover the field perimeter, then move row by row inward.
Use 150 to 200 litres of water per acre for ground sprays so the entire canopy gets even coverage.
The best moment to spray Biostadt Bioclaim Insecticide is when worm activity is just starting in the field — typically when you see the first few small caterpillars feeding on the leaves or fresh entry points on the fruits. Avoid waiting till the damage spreads, because younger larvae are far more sensitive to the chemistry than older ones. Sprays done in the late afternoon or early evening hours give better results, as caterpillars are most active during dusk hours and contact more spray droplets while feeding.
Frequency: 2 to 3 sprays per crop cycle, with a 10 to 14-day gap between sprays.
Re-Entry: Workers should wait 12 to 24 hours before re-entering the field without protective clothing.
Compatibility: Bioclaim mixes well with most fungicides, insecticides, and water-soluble fertilizers. Skip mixing with strongly alkaline products like Bordeaux mixture, and run a jar test before any new combination.
Wear hand gloves, a face mask, and protective eyewear while handling the product.
Do not eat, drink, or smoke during mixing or spraying.
Spray downwind and keep children, pets, and livestock away from treated fields.
Wash your hands and exposed body parts with soap and water after use.
