Startup Saaf fungicide is used as a seed treatment to control fungal diseases on various seeds, such as groundnut. Saaf fungicide prevents reinfection on the crops and protects them completely through stomach action.

Dosage and Application Method:

For Foliar Spray: 

• Use 2 gm of Carbendazim 12% + Mancozeb 63% WS per litre of water. 

• Add 30 gm of Carbendazim 12% + Mancozeb 63% WS per 15 litres of water.

• Mix 300 gm of Carbendazim 12% + Mancozeb 63% WS per acre.

• For Seed Treatment: 

  • Use 2.5 gm of Carbendazim 12% + Mancozeb 63% WS per kg of seeds.

Mode of Action: 

• Carbendazim 12% + Mancozeb 63% WS has a systemic and contact mode of action. 

Suitable Crops: 

• UPL Startup Saaf is suitable for crops such as paddy, tea, grapes, mango, chilli, and other vegetable crops. 

Target Diseases: 

• Startup Saaf fungicide is effective against blast, blister blight, dry root rot, rust, leaf spot, powdery mildew, and other diseases.
