Lancer Gold is a dual-action insecticide that offers a systemic and contact mode of action. It works by inhibiting an essential activity and disrupting the pests’ nerve impulses, blocking essential receptors, leading to paralysis and death. Lancer Gold insecticide is effective against a wide range of pests and has a strong dual-formula that offers strong resistance management from a single application.
Key Features and Benefits of Lancer Gold Insecticide:
Dual Formula: Lancer Gold insecticide provides a combinational formula that provides quick results for rapid pest relief.
Prolonged Effects: UPL Lancer Gold offers a long-lasting residual effect, which ensures complete protection for a longer time.
Broad-Spectrum: The Lancer Gold insecticide is effective against both sucking and chewing pests in a single application.
Systemic Protection: The Lancer Gold insecticide is absorbed by the crops and is circulated throughout, protecting the crop entirely.
Unique Action: The Lancer Gold insecticide is effective against pests that have developed resistance to traditional pesticides.

How To Use UPL Lancer Gold Insecticide:
Measure the required dose of Lancer Gold as per the crop-wise dose table above.
Pre-dissolve the measured powder in a small bucket of clean water first and stir until fully dissolved — then pour into the sprayer tank.
Fill the tank with the remaining clean water and agitate well to form a uniform solution.
For Cotton, spray thoroughly on both upper and lower leaf surfaces — ensure the underside of leaves is wet where sucking pests cluster.
For Paddy, direct the spray toward the base of the plant where Hoppers concentrate near the waterline.
Apply at the first sign of pest activity or when pest populations cross the Economic Threshold Level.
Spray during early morning or late evening — avoid peak bee foraging hours as Lancer Gold insecticide contains Imidacloprid, which is toxic to bees.
Rinse the sprayer thoroughly with clean water after every use.
Best Time to Apply:
Apply Lancer Gold in the early morning or late evening. For Cotton, spray at the first sign of Bollworm egg hatching or sucking pest colony formation on young leaves. For Paddy hoppers, apply during the active tillering stage when pest populations first reach the economic threshold.
Frequency of Application and Re-Entry Period:
Frequency of Application: Apply at the first sign of pest infestation. Lancer Gold insecticide provides 7–10 days of residual control — repeat as needed but do not exceed 2–3 applications per season. Always rotate with insecticides from different IRAC groups after 2 consecutive applications.
Re-Entry Period: Do not enter treated fields for at least 24 hours after spraying without proper protective gear. Lancer Gold carries a Yellow Label classification — handle with appropriate precautions.
Tank-Mix Compatibility: Lancer Gold insecticide is compatible with most chemical-based fungicides and insecticides. Always perform a jar test before mixing with any unfamiliar product.
Safety Precautions and Handling:
Wear gloves, goggles, boots, and a face mask before handling or spraying Lancer Gold — this product carries a Yellow Label (Highly Toxic) classification.
Do not eat, drink, or smoke during mixing or application.
Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes — rinse immediately with clean water for 15 minutes if contact occurs.
Do not inhale the spray mist — always spray with the wind at your back.
Toxic to bees — do not spray during active bee foraging hours or near beehives.
Keep children, pets, and livestock away from treated fields for at least 24 hours.
Wash all exposed skin thoroughly with soap and water after every spray session.
Triple rinse empty containers, puncture, and dispose of per local waste guidelines.
