Measure the required dose of Tata Summit insecticide as per the crop-wise dose table above.
Add the measured quantity to a sprayer tank half-filled with clean water and mix well before topping up.
Fill with the remaining clean water and agitate well to form a uniform solution before spraying.
Use a hollow cone nozzle for thorough coverage — ensure spray reaches the underside of leaves and into the flower zone where Thrips and Borers concentrate.
Apply at the first sign of pest activity or at the Economic Threshold Level for the target pest.
Spray during late evening or early morning — Summit insecticide contains Spinetoram, which is toxic to bees when wet; always apply after peak bee foraging hours.
Do not spray during active bee foraging hours, near beehives, or on flowering crops mid-day.
Rinse all sprayer equipment thoroughly with clean water after every use.
Apply Summit insecticide in the late evening or early morning. For Chilli Thrips, apply at the first sign of infestation on young leaves. For Cotton Bollworm, apply at the egg hatching or early larval stage for maximum ovi-larvicidal effectiveness.
Frequency of Application: Apply at the first sign of pest infestation. Tata Summit insecticide provides 10–14 days of residual control — repeat as needed, up to 2–3 times per season. Always rotate with insecticides from different IRAC groups after 2 consecutive applications.
Re-Entry Period: Do not enter treated fields for at least 12 hours after spraying without proper protective gear.
Tank-Mix Compatibility: Summit insecticide is compatible with most insecticides and fungicides. Always perform a jar test before mixing with unfamiliar products. Avoid mixing with strongly alkaline products.
Wear gloves, goggles, and a face mask before handling or spraying Tata Summit insecticide.
Do not eat, drink, or smoke during mixing or application.
Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes — rinse immediately with clean water for 15 minutes if contact occurs.
Toxic to bees when spray is wet — do not spray during active bee foraging hours, near flowering crops, or near beehives.
Keep children, pets, and livestock away from treated fields for at least 12 hours.
Wash all exposed skin thoroughly with soap and water after every spray session.
Triple rinse empty containers, puncture, and dispose of per local waste guidelines.
Store Summit insecticide in its original sealed container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
