Tata Epic is a powerful systemic fungicide that controls damaging diseases such as tikka leaf spot, rust, powdery mildew, and leaf spot. This fungicide blocks sterol biosynthesis in fungal cells and stops fungal spore formation. Tata Epic fungicide provides strong residual protection to crops like paddy, groundnut, and chilli. This fungicide helps promote green and healthier leaves on the farm.

How to Use Tata Epic Fungicide:
Open the Epic Fungicide pack carefully and measure the required quantity using a clean spoon or weighing cup.
Wear gloves and a face mask before measuring the product.
Half-fill the spray tank with clean water.
Slowly add the measured Epic Fungicide into the tank while stirring continuously until fully dissolved.
Add the remaining water and mix thoroughly to form a uniform spray solution.
Use a fine-mist or hollow-cone nozzle for proper coverage.
Spray during calm weather, covering both upper and lower leaf surfaces.
Use 150 to 200 litres of water per acre for full canopy coverage.
Best Time to Apply:
The best time to use Tata Epic Fungicide is at the preventive stage — before disease symptoms appear, or as soon as the first few spots or lesions show up on the leaves. For paddy sheath blight, spray at the maximum tillering to panicle initiation stage; for groundnut leaf spot, start at 45 to 60 days after sowing; for chilli powdery mildew, spray at the first sign of white powdery patches on leaves. Late afternoon or early evening is the best window, as leaf temperature is cooler and product absorption is stronger.
Frequency of Application and Re-entry Period:
Frequency: 2 to 3 sprays per crop cycle at 15 to 21-day intervals, depending on disease pressure and weather conditions.
Re-Entry Period: Wait at least 12 to 24 hours after spraying before re-entering the treated field without protective clothing.
Compatibility: Epic Fungicide mixes well with most common fungicides, insecticides, and water-soluble fertilizers. Avoid mixing with strongly alkaline products like Bordeaux mixture, lime sulfur, or high-pH copper sprays, and always run a small jar test 24 hours before a new tank-mix combination.
Safety, Precautions and Handling:
Wear hand gloves, face mask, and protective eyewear while handling the product.
Do not eat, drink, or smoke during mixing or spraying.
Spray downwind and keep children, pets, and livestock away from treated fields.
Wash hands and exposed body parts with soap and water after use.
In case of accidental ingestion, contact a doctor immediately with the product label.
