T. Stanes BioCure-B is an eco-friendly microbial biocontrol agent containing Pseudomonas fluorescens (1.75% WP). It is approved by CIB&RC and organic certified, making it ideal for sustainable farming. BioCure-B works through multiple modes of action such as substrate competition, antibiosis, siderophore production, and growth promotion. It helps manage major crop diseases like loose smut in wheat and early blight in tomato, while enhancing root health, nutrient uptake, and overall plant vigor.
Technical Content:
Mode of Action:
BioCure-B controls pathogens through different modes of action:
Substrate Competition: It controls pathogens by creating competition for nutrients available at the target area and leaf phyllosphere.
Antibiosis: It controls pathogens by secreting secondary metabolites.
Siderophore Production: It produces siderophores that scavenge iron compounds, making them unavailable to the pathogen.
Features & Benefits:
Microbial biocontrol agent approved by CIB&RC
Controls foliar and soil-borne pathogens
Produces metabolites with growth promotion properties
Multiple modes of pathogen suppression
Organic certified, safe for use in organic farming
