Mode Of Action - When PSB culture is give to Rhizospheric zone of plant there is different process which helps to convert phosphorus insoluble to soluble form.
1.Production of acids - There is different organic acids like oxalic acid, Acetic acid, Gibberellic acid which is produced by that PSB bacteria so, soil pH is decreased & Phosphate convert into insoluble to soluble form.
2. Production of enzymes - Some PSB bacteria secrete Phosphatases enzyme due to that enzyme compound of phosphorus get hydrolyzed & get phosphorus ion
3. Production Of siderophores - PSB bacteria produced different siderophores. due to that siderophores chelation of iron due that chelation process phosphorus convert into soluble form
Recommended Crop - Used for all type of crops like sugarcane, banana, chili, watermelon, vegetables, flower plants, fruit plants etc.
Application Method -
1. Seed Treatment - Apply 100ml liquid to the seeds required for one acre at the time of sowing
2. Seedling treatment - Mix 100ml of liquid in 20 liter. of water & dip the seedling roots for 30 min before transplanting
3. Soil Application - Mix 200Kg organic manure + 1litr. PSB Liquid
4. Drenching - 1Litr. PSB Liquid + 200 Liter. Water
