How to Use
Unroll the 2.5 mm 2 core cable fully along the line where the electric supply is needed, keeping the wire straight and free of sharp bends.
Check the whole aluminium 2 core cable for cuts, cracks, or exposed wire before laying, and avoid using any roll with visible damage.
Fix the 2.5 mm aluminium wire on wooden or plastic clips along walls, poles, or fence lines, spaced 40 to 50 cm apart for steady hold.
Strip 2 to 3 cm of PVC from both ends of the electric aluminium wire using a proper wire stripper, taking care not to nick the inner strands.
Connect one end of the 2.5 mm 2 core cable to the main power point (switchboard or MCB) with the right screw terminal or connector.
Connect the other end of the aluminium 2 core cable to the load point — pump, motor, tube light, or shed switch — with matching connectors.
Cover all bare joints of the 2.5 mm 2 core cable with insulation tape or a proper junction box to stop water, dust, and short circuits.
Test the electric aluminium wire once with a tester at both ends before turning on the main power switch for full-time use.
Safety Instructions
Do not lay the 2.5 mm 2 core cable directly on wet ground, water channels, or muddy patches, as water entry can cause a short circuit and shock.
Keep the aluminium 2 core cable at least 30 cm away from gas pipes, chulha flames, and hot exhaust points, since heat damages PVC insulation over time.
Avoid running the 2.5 mm aluminium wire under heavy tractor wheels or bullock-cart paths, since crushing pressure can break the inner strands.
Do not join the electric aluminium wire with copper wire without a proper bi-metal connector, since direct aluminium-copper joints cause heat build-up and fire risk.
Always switch off the main power line before cutting, joining, or repairing the 2.5 mm 2 core cable to avoid electric shock.
Keep the aluminium 2 core cable roll away from children, livestock, and open flames, since a bare wire end can carry live current if touched.
Cover all outdoor joints of the electric aluminium wire inside a waterproof junction box to protect from rain, dust, and rat bites.
