Caristar Top fungicide is a broad-spectrum systemic fungicide used for managing important fungal diseases in crops like paddy, tomato, chilli, maize, and wheat. It contains a dual-active combination that gives preventive and curative disease control. Caristar Top helps stop fungal growth, spore germination, and further disease spread when sprayed at the right stage. Caristar Top fungicide is useful against diseases like sheath blight, blast, early blight, late blight, anthracnose, powdery mildew, downy mildew, and rust. The product supports healthier leaves, better plant growth, and improved crop quality under proper field management. Caristar Top works best when disease pressure is at the early stage, and the spray covers the full crop canopy.
Broad-Spectrum: Caristar Top fungicide helps manage several fungal diseases across paddy, tomato, chilli, maize, and wheat.
Dual Active Protection: Caristar Top contains Azoxystrobin and Difenoconazole, giving two different actions for better disease management.
Dual Application: Caristar Top fungicide protects healthy crop parts and also helps manage early disease symptoms when sprayed on time.
Systemic Movement: Caristar Top moves inside the plant after application, helping protect treated crop parts from fungal infection.
Improves Leaf Health: Caristar Top fungicide helps keep leaves greener and more active by reducing disease pressure on foliage.
Resistance Management: Caristar Top contains two fungicide groups, making it suitable for rotation-based disease control programs.
Easy Application: Caristar Top fungicide comes in SC formulation, which mixes well in water and can be applied with normal farm sprayers.
Blight Diseases: Early blight, late blight, sheath blight, and other blight-type fungal infections.
Mildew Diseases: Powdery mildew and downy mildew in suitable crops.
Rust Diseases: Leaf rust, yellow rust, and related rust problems in cereal crops.
Leaf and Fruit Diseases: Anthracnose, leaf spots, blast, and fungal infection on leaves, stems, and fruiting parts.
Use Caristar Top fungicide as a foliar spray with clean water and uniform crop coverage. Caristar Top fungicide Dose Per Litre is around 1 ml per litre when using 200 ml in about 200 litres of water per acre. The product should be sprayed at the early disease stage or when weather conditions are favourable for fungal spread.
Crop | Target Disease | Dose per Acre | Application Method | PHI |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Paddy | Sheath blight, blast | 200 ml | Foliar spray in about 200 L water | Follow label |
Tomato | Early blight, late blight, powdery mildew | 200 ml | Foliar spray with full canopy coverage | Follow label |
Chilli | Anthracnose, powdery mildew, downy mildew | 200 ml | Foliar spray on leaves, stems, and fruiting parts | Follow label |
Maize | Rust and leaf-related fungal diseases | 200 ml | Foliar spray with uniform leaf coverage | Follow label |
Wheat | Rust and powdery mildew | 200 ml | Foliar spray at early disease stage | Follow label |
Measure the required quantity of Caristar Top as per crop area and disease pressure.
Fill the spray tank halfway with clean water.
Mix the measured Caristar Top fungicide quantity in a small amount of water first.
Add the prepared mixture into the spray tank.
Add the remaining water and stir the solution properly.
Spray uniformly on the crop canopy.
Cover both upper and lower leaf surfaces for better protection.
Apply Caristar Top fungicide when early disease symptoms are noticed.
Avoid spraying on drought-stressed, waterlogged, or weak crops.
Do not spray during strong wind, rainfall, or very hot afternoon weather.
Use the prepared spray solution on the same day.
Apply Caristar Top at the first sign of fungal infection or when humid and cloudy weather increases disease risk. Morning or evening application is better because spray loss is lower and plants are less stressed. Caristar Top fungicide gives better results when used before disease becomes severe and when the crop canopy receives full spray coverage.
Frequency of Application: One timely spray can help manage early disease pressure. Repeat only if disease pressure continues and label guidance allows it.
Re-Entry Period: Do not enter the treated field for at least 24 hours after spraying without proper protective gear.
Compatibility: Do not mix Caristar Top with fertilizers, micronutrients, pesticides, or other fungicides without checking compatibility first.
Application Care: Top fungicide works better when the spray reaches disease-prone parts such as leaves, stems, flowers, and fruiting areas.
Resistance Care: Use Caristar Top in rotation with other suitable fungicide groups and avoid continuous repeated use of the same chemistry.
Read the label carefully before mixing and spraying.
