Katyayani Chloda is a chemical insecticide containing Chlorantraniliprole 9.3% and Lambda Cyhalothrin 4.6% in a mixed formulation of Capsule Suspension and suspension concentrates. It effectively controls a wide range of insect pests through Systemic and Contact action by disrupting the nerves and muscles of an insect and leading to Paralysis and causing death of an insect. This insecticide is suitable for agricultural use against pests such as borers, Jassid, stem fly and Thrips in many crops like Paddy, Brinjal, Soybean and chilli.

Mode of Action:

The mode of action of chlorantraniliprole 9.3% + Lambda Cyhalothrin 4.6% ZC is Systemic and Contact action

• Chlorantraniliprole: It has a systemic mode of action, meaning it is absorbed by the plant and kills insects that feed on it. It disrupts the insect's muscle function, leads to Paralysis and causes death of an insect.
• Lambda-cyhalothrin: It has a contact mode of action, meaning it kills insects on contact with the insecticide. It works by disrupting the insect's nervous system, leading to Paralysis and causing death of an insect.
