Bayer Whip Super is a post-emergent herbicide that controls various grassy weeds on groundnut and soybean crops. This herbicide inhibits essential enzymes in the weeds through systemic action and stops their growth. Bayer Whip Super herbicide provides quick knockdown of the weeds and ensures cleaner yield within a few hours of application. This herbicide lasts for a longer period and reduces reapplication rates of the product.
Key Features and Benefits of Bayer Whip Super Herbicide:
Flexible Application: Bayer Whip Super herbicide can be applied after the weeds have emerged from the soil.
Broad-spectrum: This broad-spectrum herbicide targets grassy weeds such as Echinochloa spp, Echinochloa colonum, Dactyloctenium aegyptium, and others.
Highly Effective: This herbicide provides systemic and contact-based action, ensuring thorough weed removal.
Safe to Use: The Bayer Whip Super herbicide rapidly breaks down in the soil after application and does not affect the crop's growth.

Whip Super Herbicide Dosage:
Apply Bayer Whip Super Herbicide as a post-emergence spray at the recommended dose. Timing is critical for good weed control and crop safety.
Crop | Application Timing | Dose / Acre | Per Litre | Per 15L Pump | PHI |
Wheat | 30–35 DAS (weeds 2–4 leaf stage) | 400 ml | 2 ml | 30 ml | 60 days |
Soybean | 15–20 DAS (weeds 2–4 leaf stage) | 400 ml | 2 ml | 30 ml | 60 days |
Onion & Garlic | 25–35 DAS (weeds 2–4 leaf stage) | 400 ml | 2 ml | 30 ml | 45 days |
Transplanted Rice | 15–20 DAT (weeds 2–4 leaf stage) | 400 ml | 2 ml | 30 ml | 60 days |
How to Use Bayer Whip Super Herbicide:
Check the field to see the weed size — the 2- to 4-leaf stage of grassy weeds is the right time to spray the product.
Wear gloves and a face mask before opening the Whip Super bottle.
Shake the bottle well and measure the required quantity using a marked cup or syringe.
Half-fill the spray tank with clean water and pour in the measured product slowly.
Add the remaining water and stir until the solution looks uniform.
Use a flat-fan nozzle for herbicide application — never a hollow-cone insecticide nozzle.
Spray evenly over the field, without going over the same area twice.
Do not spray on windy days to avoid the spray drifting onto nearby broadleaf crops.
Best Time to Apply:
Spray Bayer Whip Super Herbicide at the early post-emergence stage — when the crop has established, and grassy weeds are at the 2- to 4-leaf stage and actively growing. Late afternoon or early evening is the best window, when leaf temperature is cooler, and product absorption is stronger. Avoid spraying if rain is expected within 4 to 6 hours.
Frequency of Application and Re-entry Period:
Frequency: Only 1 post-emergence spray per crop cycle — do not repeat the same herbicide in the same season.
Re-Entry Period: Wait at least 24 hours after spraying this herbicide before re-entering the treated field without protective clothing.
Compatibility: This is often tank-mixed with broadleaf herbicides like Metsulfuron-methyl in wheat for complete weed control. Always run a small jar test 24 hours before a new tank-mix combination.
Safety, Precautions and Handling:
Wear hand gloves, face mask, and protective eyewear while handling the product.
Do not eat, drink, or smoke during mixing or spraying.
Spray downwind and keep children, pets, and livestock away from treated fields.
Wash hands and exposed body parts with soap and water after use.
Use a separate sprayer for herbicides — never use the same sprayer that was used for insecticides or fungicides on the crop, as residues can damage other crops.
In case of accidental ingestion, contact a doctor immediately with the product label.
