Bayer Regent Ultra is a broad-spectrum insecticide that targets sucking and chewing pests through a contact mode of action. This insecticide provides complete coverage to the crops with systemic action and ensures effective pest control. Bayer Regent Ultra insecticide interferes with the insects' central nervous systems and kills them immediately. Bayer Regent Ultra insecticide also shows PGE (Plant Growth Enhancement) effects, which help in improving overall crop growth. It is suitable for IPM (Integrated Pest Management) techniques, making it an environmentally friendly option.

How to Use Bayer Regent Ultra Insecticide:
Shake the Regent Ultra bottle well before opening to mix the active ingredient evenly.
Wear gloves and a face mask before measuring the product.
Measure the right quantity using a marked cup or syringe.
Half-fill the spray tank with clean water and pour in the measured product slowly.
Add the remaining water and stir until the solution looks uniform.
Use a fine-mist or hollow-cone nozzle for even coverage.
Spray during calm weather, covering both upper and lower leaf surfaces.
For soil pests (termites, grubs), use a coarse nozzle and drench the base of the plants or the root zone.
Best Time to Apply:
Spray Bayer Regent Ultra Insecticide at the early stage of pest activity — when stem borer damage first appears on paddy, when plant hoppers are settling under the leaves, or when termite activity is spotted in sugarcane and groundnut fields. Late afternoon or early evening is the best window, as leaf temperature is cooler and product retention is stronger.
Frequency of Application and Re-entry Period:
Frequency: 1 to 2 sprays per crop cycle at 15 to 25-day intervals, depending on pest pressure and crop stage.
Re-Entry Period: Wait at least 24 hours after spraying before re-entering the treated field without protective clothing.
Compatibility: Regent Ultra insecticide mixes well with most common fungicides, insecticides, and water-soluble fertilizers. Avoid mixing with strongly alkaline products like Bordeaux mixture, lime sulfur, or high-pH copper sprays, and always run a small jar test 24 hours before a new tank-mix combination.
Safety, Precautions and Handling:
Wear hand gloves, face mask, and protective eyewear while handling the product.
Do not eat, drink, or smoke during mixing or spraying.
Spray downwind and keep children, pets, and livestock away from treated fields.
Wash hands and exposed body parts with soap and water after use.
In case of accidental ingestion, contact a doctor immediately with the product label.
