NCS Alpha is an organic bio-miticide developed to help farmers control tough sucking pests like thrips and mites without harmful chemicals. The product is built on a Botanical Extract Formula derived from carefully selected plant sources and refined through advanced biotechnology. It works as a contact and stomach poison, hitting thrips and mites at every life stage from egg to adult. This Botanical Extract Formula leaves no toxic residue on the crop, making it safe for soil microbes, pollinators, and farm workers. It also gives long-lasting protection thanks to excellent leaf coverage. This Botanical Extract Formula is widely used on chilli, cotton, onion, grapes, rose, tomato, brinjal, mango, marigold, and many vegetable crops.
Targeted Pest Control: NCS Alpha specifically targets thrips and mites, two of the toughest sucking pests in vegetable, cotton, and flower crops.
100% Organic: This Botanical Extract Formula is built from natural plant compounds and contains no harmful synthetic chemicals.
Resistance Management: Pests cannot easily develop resistance as they do to chemical sprays, because of multiple natural compounds.
Long-Lasting Action: One spray of this Botanical Extract Formula gives cover for 10 to 14 days through slow release on the leaf.
Safe for Beneficials: NCS Alpha does not harm honeybees, ladybird beetles, spiders, or other natural pest enemies in the field.
No Pre-Harvest Wait: This Botanical Extract Formula leaves no residue and can be sprayed close to harvest without any waiting period.
Easy to Apply: Botanical Extract Formula mixes quickly in water and works with any knapsack or power sprayer.
NCS Alpha is recommended for the following crop and pest groups:
Chilli: Thrips, Two-spotted Spider Mite, Yellow Mite
Cotton: Thrips, Red Spider Mite, Whiteflies
Onion / Garlic: Thrips, Mites
Tomato / Brinjal: Thrips, Spider Mites, Russet Mite
Grapes: Thrips, Spider Mites
Rose / Marigold: Thrips, Two-spotted Spider Mite
Bitter Gourd / Cucurbits: Thrips, Red Mite
Mango: Mango Hopper, Thrips, Mites
Mix NCS Alpha in clean water and apply through a suitable method based on pest pressure. Spray at the first sign of thrips or mite damage for best results:
Crop | Target Pest | Dose / Acre | Per 15L Pump |
|---|---|---|---|
Chilli | Thrips, Yellow Mite | 250 to 300 ml | 20 ml |
Cotton | Thrips, Red Mite | 250 to 300 ml | 20 ml |
Onion / Garlic | Thrips, Mites | 250 to 300 ml | 20 ml |
Tomato / Brinjal | Thrips, Spider Mite | 250 to 300 ml | 20 ml |
Grapes | Thrips, Spider Mites | 250 to 300 ml | 20 ml |
Rose / Marigold | Thrips, Mites | 250 to 300 ml | 20 ml |
Mango | Hopper, Mites | 250 to 300 ml | 20 ml |
Note: Use only the recommended dose for best results.
Shake the NCS Alpha bottle well before opening so the contents are evenly mixed.
Measure the right dose based on the crop and the table above.
Pour the liquid into a bucket of clean water and stir to make a pre-mix.
Add this pre-mix into the spray tank and top up with the rest of the water (150 to 200 L per acre).
Stir the tank again so the spray solution stays uniform throughout.
Use a knapsack sprayer with a fine nozzle for thorough coverage of the crop.
Spray on both the upper and lower sides of leaves, focusing on places where thrips and mites hide.
Rinse the sprayer with clean water once the work is finished.
Spray Botanical Extract Formula in cool hours, early morning, or late evening when the air is calm. Avoid spraying during heavy rain or strong sunlight, giving the active compounds time to settle on leaves.
Frequency of Application: One spray every 7 to 10 days during active pest pressure, and every 12 to 15 days as a preventive measure. Two to three sprays usually break the pest cycle fully.
Re-Entry Period: Workers can return to the field within a few hours, once the spray has dried on the leaves.
Compatibility: Botanical Extract Formula is compatible with most fungicides, biostimulants, and water-soluble fertilizers. Avoid mixing with strong alkaline products or copper-based fungicides without a small jar test first.
Do not spray NCS Alpha together with sulfur-based products on the same day, as the combination can cause minor leaf injury on grapes and roses.
Cover the spray tank with a cloth or lid during mixing to keep light away, since botanical actives can lose strength under bright sun.
Use a clean, dedicated sprayer, since soap or detergent residue in the tank can break down the natural compounds.
For greenhouse and polyhouse crops, ventilate the structure for 2 to 3 hours after spraying before going inside.
Wear cotton gloves and full-sleeve clothing during spraying, as the plant oils in the Botanical Extract Formula can mildly irritate sensitive skin.
Mix only the quantity you can use the same day; do not store leftover spray overnight.
If spray reaches the eyes, rinse with clean water for 15 minutes and consult a doctor if irritation continues.
Store NCS Alpha in its original sealed bottle in a cool, dry, shaded place away from direct sunlight.
Keep the product separate from food, animal feed, seeds, and drinking water at all times.
Always keep the Botanical Extract Formula out of reach of children, pets, and farm animals.

NCS Alpha is a botanical bio-miticide made from natural plant compounds, while products like Abamectin and Spiromesifen are synthetic chemicals. The bio-miticide leaves no toxic residue, has no waiting period before harvest, and is safe for soil microbes and pollinators.
Yes, NCS Alpha works on all life stages — eggs, nymphs, and adult mites. The natural compounds either coat the egg surface and stop hatching or disrupt feeding in early stages, so the pest cycle breaks completely.
Resistance is very rare with the Botanical Extract Formula because the multiple natural compounds hit pests through several pathways at once. Rotation with other modes of action keeps the strategy even safer.
Yes, NCS Alpha is fully approved for export-grade crops since it leaves no chemical residue. It is widely used in grapes for export, chilli for spice export, and cut roses, where strict residue limits apply.
Yes, the Botanical Extract Formula can be tank-mixed with most insecticides and fungicides. Always do a small jar test first, and avoid strong alkaline products like Bordeaux mixture or lime sulphur.
Yes, NCS Alpha works well in both open field and polyhouse conditions. Activity is fastest in warm, humid weather, but the spray still gives good thrips and mite control in cool months.
