Parsley is the dried aromatic leaf of a biennial herb with dense foliage and white flowers. The bright green leaves are finely divided and curled. Parsley is a cold weather crop, growing best in rich, moist soil. In India it grows better at higher altitudes.
It is not eaten as a food on its own, but it is added to other dishes for flavor. Mostly as a garnish, cut up and sprinkled onto food to make it look nicer
