How to Use Orthosilicic Acid 2%:
Shake the Orthol 02 bottle well before opening to mix the stabilized solution evenly.
Measure the required quantity of Orthosilicic Acid 2% as per the dosage table for your crop.
Fill the spray tank with about 70% of the required clean water.
Add Orthol 02 slowly into the tank while stirring continuously.
Top up with the remaining water and mix thoroughly to form a uniform solution.
Spray evenly on both upper and lower leaf surfaces using a fine-mist nozzle.
For drip or drench application, dilute the recommended dose in the irrigation line and run with normal water flow.
Best Time to Apply:
The best time to apply Orthosilicic Acid 2% is during the early morning or late evening hours when temperatures are cool, and there is no strong sunlight. Begin the first spray 25 to 30 days after sowing or transplanting, and repeat at key growth stages such as vegetative growth, flowering, and fruit development for maximum response.
Frequency of Application and Re-entry Period:
Frequency of Application: Apply 2 to 4 times per crop season at 15 to 20-day intervals depending on crop duration and stress conditions.
Re-Entry Period: Workers may safely re-enter treated fields once the foliar spray has dried, typically within 4 to 6 hours.
Compatibility: Orthol 02 is compatible with most fungicides, insecticides, and water-soluble fertilizers. Avoid mixing with strongly alkaline products and always perform a jar test before tank-mixing.
