Hexaconazole (HX) (Fig. 1D), a triazole fungicide, is typically applied as a foliar spray to control several diseases in cereal, vegetable, and fruit crops.
Hexaconazole is a systemic conazole (imidazole) fungicide used for the control of many seed-borne and soil-borne diseases and fungi, particularly Ascomycetes and Basidiomycetes. It is commonly used to control apple, coffee, and peanut diseases.
