Paclobutrazol 23 SC Uses:

It is used to enhance photosynthetic pigments and protect photosynthetic machinery by positively affecting xanthophylls' pigment cycle.
It is used to improve the quality of the soil.

Benefits:

This compound regulates plant growth by influencing the isoprenoid pathway, inhibiting GA synthesis, decreasing ethylene production, and enhancing the content of both CKs and ABA.
PBZ protects plants against several types of abiotic stresses, including chilling, water deficit, flooding, and salinity.
The application of PBZ to crops is important in reducing plant height to prevent lodging, increasing the number and weight of fruits per tree, and improving the fruit quality in terms of increases in carbohydrates, TSS, TSS/TA, and decreased acidity.
When paclobutrazol is applied to the soil, it moves up through the roots into the shoots and, due to its anti-gibberellin properties, blocks the synthesis of flowering inhibitors, thereby allowing the flower-promoting factor(s) to work.
Paclobutrazol (PBZ) is the ISO common name for an organic compound that is used as a plant growth retardant and triazole fungicide. It is a known antagonist of the plant hormone gibberellin, acting by inhibiting gibberellin biosynthesis, reducing internodal growth to give stouter stems, increasing root growth, causing early fruit set and increasing seed set in plants such as tomato and pepper.

This Plant Growth Regulator is Used For Mango, Onion, Carrots, garlic, Groundnut, Cashew Nut, Potato, Soybean, Black gram, Peas, Green Gram, chili, Tomato, Cauliflower, Sponge Gourd, Brinjal, and All Other Major Vegetable Crops and Trees.

5 - 8 ml per 15 liters of water
