Dr. Soil Areca Special is a specialized liquid bio-fertilizer made for areca nut growers and other plantation crop farmers. The product is a Consortium fertilizer that contains a balanced blend of beneficial soil bacteria — Nitrogen Fixers (Azotobacter and Azospirillum), Phosphate Solubilizers, and Potassium Mobilizers. Doctor Soil Areca Special works by fixing atmospheric nitrogen, breaking down soil-locked phosphorus, and making potassium easy for the plant to take up. Dr. Soil Areca Special fertilizer improves soil health, reduces soil-borne diseases, supports better inflorescence, and gives bigger, heavier nuts with less drop. The product is ISO-certified and 100% safe for soil microbes, pollinators, and farm workers.
Natural Nitrogen Fixation: Dr. Soil Areca Special fertilizer contains Azotobacter and Azospirillum bacteria that pull free nitrogen from the air and fix it into the soil for plant use.
Potassium Mobilization: This fertilizer helps move locked potassium from soil particles into the plant root zone, boosting nut quality and weight.
Phosphorus Unlocking: Doctor Soil Areca Special breaks down insoluble phosphorus in the soil and turns it into a form that areca roots can absorb easily.
Bigger Nuts and Less Drop: This Consortium fertilizer improves inflorescence setting, reduces nut drop, and gives better-sized, healthier areca nuts.
Improves Soil Health: Doctor Soil Areca Special enhances soil structure, water-holding capacity, and microbial life over time.
Disease Prevention: Dr. Soil Areca Special fertilizer controls harmful soil-borne fungi and helps reduce root rot and bud rot in areca trees.
Eco-Friendly and ISO Certified: This Consortium fertilizer is fully natural, leaves no chemical residue, and meets ISO quality standards.
Dr. Soil Areca Special fertilizer is recommended for the following plantation crops:
Areca Nut (Young Plants 1–3 years): Builds a strong root system, faster establishment, and healthier early growth.
Areca Nut (Bearing Trees): Improves inflorescence, reduces nut drop, and increases nut size and weight.
Coconut Palms: Improves overall vigour, nut size, and tree health through better soil nutrition.
Cocoa: Enhances pod setting, bean quality, and root health in cocoa plantations.
Other Plantation Crops (Oil Palm, Cashew, Rubber): Improves soil fertility, nutrient uptake, and yield.
Mix Dr. Soil Areca Special fertilizer in clean water and apply through a suitable method. Shake the bottle well before use:
Application Method | Dose | When to Apply |
|---|---|---|
Soil Drench (per plant) | 1 L solution per plant (5 L diluted in 500 L water) | Pre-monsoon and post-monsoon |
Drip Irrigation | 5 L per acre | Every 2 to 3 months |
Foliar Spray | 5 ml per litre of water | Vegetative and flowering stages |
Soil Application | 35 L for 500 plants | Once or twice per year |
Note: Use only the recommended dose for best results.
Shake the Dr. Soil Areca Special fertilizer bottle well before opening so the bacteria are evenly suspended.
Measure the right quantity based on the method and number of plants in the field.
For soil drench, dilute 5 L of the product in 500 L of clean water and stir gently.
Pour 1 L of the diluted solution near the base of each areca plant or tree.
For drip irrigation, add the measured product into the drip tank during regular watering.
For foliar spray, mix the dose in a sprayer with clean water and spray on leaves.
Apply preferably during early morning or late evening when the soil is moist.
Reseal the bottle tightly after use to keep air and contamination out.
Apply Doctor Soil Areca Special when the soil is moist, especially before or after monsoon rains. The early morning or late evening hours give the live bacteria the best chance to settle and multiply in the soil without sun damage.
Frequency of Application: Apply Dr. Soil Areca Special fertilizer twice a year for areca and other plantation trees — once at pre-monsoon (May–June) and once after monsoon (September–October). Foliar sprays can be done 3 to 4 times per year at 2 to 3-month intervals.
Re-Entry Period: There is no waiting period. Field work can resume once the spray dries on the leaves or the drench is absorbed into the soil.
Compatibility: Doctor Soil Areca Special should not be mixed with chemical fungicides or strong chemicals that can kill the live bacteria. Maintain at least a 7 to 10-day gap before or after chemical fungicide application.
Keep Dr. Soil Areca Special fertilizer cool at all times, since high temperatures (above 35°C) will kill the live bacteria inside the bottle.
Do not use chlorinated water for dilution. The chlorine kills the friendly bacteria; use stored or filtered water instead.
Wash sprayers and drums with plain water before use, as soap and detergent residue can also harm the live bacteria in the product.
Apply Doctor Soil Areca Special at least 7 to 10 days before or after any chemical fungicide spray to protect the bacteria.
Use the product within the printed expiry date, as the bacterial count drops fast after manufacturing.
Do not spray on a hot, dry day, as the bacteria need moist soil or shaded leaves to survive after application.
Wear gloves and a mask while measuring, and avoid eating, drinking, or smoking while handling the bottle.
Store Dr. Soil Areca Special fertilizer in its original sealed bottle in a cool, shaded place between 15°C and 25°C.
Keep the product away from direct sun, heat sources, and freezing conditions to keep the live bacteria active.
Always keep Consortium Fertilizer out of reach of children, pets, and farm animals.
Storage Temperature: Between 15°C and 25°C
Shelf Life: 1 year from the date of manufacture when stored sealed and cool.

Chemical NPK fertilizer supplies ready-made nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium directly to the plant. Consortium Fertilizer uses live bacteria that fix nitrogen from air and unlock the phosphorus and potassium already in the soil, building long-term fertility.
Dr. Soil Areca Special fertilizer cannot fully replace chemical fertilizers in the first year. With regular use, the bacteria improve soil fertility so farmers can cut chemical fertilizer use by 25–50% over 2–3 seasons while keeping yield stable.
Dr. Soil Areca Special fertilizer can be used alongside chemical fertilizers, but keep a 7 to 10 day gap between the two. Strong chemical fertilizers and salts can damage the live bacteria if applied at the same time.
Doctor Soil Areca Special contains living bacteria that stay active only for a limited time, even in good storage. After 1 year, the bacterial count drops and the product loses its effectiveness. Always check the manufacturing date before buying.
Yes, Dr. Soil Areca Special fertilizer works very well during the rainy season because the moist soil helps the live bacteria spread and multiply faster. The pre-monsoon and post-monsoon applications give the best results for areca trees.
