Katyayani Thionil Thiamethoxam 0.9% + Fipronil 0.2% GR is a potent dual-action insecticide offering comprehensive pest control. Combining neonicotinoid and pyrazole classes, it provides effective protection against a broad spectrum of pests including aphids, whiteflies, beetles, and termites.

Mode of Action:

Thiamethoxam controls target pests by interfering with the nicotinic acetylcholine receptors in their nervous systems while Fipronil is toxic to insects by contact or ingestion. Fipronil blocks GABA-gated chloride channels in the central nervous system. Disruption of the GABAA receptors by fipronil prevents the uptake of chloride ions resulting in excess neuronal stimulation and death of the target insect.
