EBS Coxy-50 is a broad-spectrum contact fungicide and bactericide containing Copper Oxychloride 50% WP. Once applied, it forms a thin protective layer on the leaf surface and slowly releases copper ions that are toxic to fungal spores and bacterial pathogens. These copper ions denature proteins and enzymes inside the pathogen cells, stopping them from growing, reproducing, or infecting new plant tissue. Copper Oxychloride 50% WP also controls fungal strains that have developed resistance to other fungicide groups. EBS Coxy-50 is suitable for Tomato, Chilli, Potato, Citrus, Grapes, Paddy, Banana, Coffee, Tea, and many other crops — making it one of the most versatile and affordable disease management solutions available to farmers across India.
Broad Spectrum: EBS Coxy-50 controls both fungal and bacterial diseases, such as blight, downy mildew, leaf spot, and other diseases.
Protective Barrier: Copper Oxychloride 50% WP forms a thin protective layer on the leaf surface that prevents fungal spores from germinating and infecting the plant.
Long Residual: Slowly releases copper ions over time, providing extended disease protection without frequent reapplication.
Resistance Control: Copper Oxychloride 50% WP effectively controls fungal strains that have developed resistance to other systemic fungicides.
Copper Nutrition: Provides copper as a micronutrient to the crop, supporting stronger cell walls, deeper leaf colour, and better plant vigor.
Rainfast: Fine particle size ensures strong adhesion to leaf surfaces — remains effective even after light rainfall.
Safe for Use: Copper Oxychloride 50% WP is safe for mammals when used at recommended doses with proper protective gear.
Blights: Late Blight, Early Blight, Leaf Blight
Leaf Diseases: Leaf Spot, Brown Leaf Spot, Frog Eye Leaf Spot
Mildews: Downy Mildew
Bacterial Diseases: Bacterial Leaf Spot, Canker, Bacterial Blight
Other Diseases: Fruit Rot, Foot Rot, Die Back, Damping Off, Anthracnose
Mix EBS Coxy-50 in 200 litres of water per acre for foliar spray. Apply Copper Oxychloride 50% WP as a preventive spray before disease appears or at the very first sign of infection for best results.

Never exceed the recommended dose.
Measure the required dose of EBS Coxy-50 as per the dosage table.
Pre-mix the powder in a small amount of water to form a smooth slurry first.
Pour into the sprayer tank and fill with the remaining clean water.
Stir well to form a uniform blue suspension.
Spray evenly on upper and lower leaf surfaces for thorough coverage.
Apply during cool hours for best results — avoid spraying during midday heat.
Rinse the sprayer with clean water after use.
Spray in the early morning or late evening when temperatures are cool, and wind speed is low. Apply preventively before disease appears — especially during rainy or humid weather when disease pressure is highest.
Frequency of Application: Apply Copper Oxychloride 50% WP at the first sign of disease. Repeat after 10 to 14 days if disease pressure continues. Do not apply more than 3 to 4 times per season.
Re-Entry Period: Do not enter treated fields for at least 24 hours after spraying without proper protective gear.
Tank-mix Compatibility: Compatible with most insecticides and fungicides. Do not mix with lime sulfur, Bordeaux mixture, or alkaline products. Always do a jar test before mixing.
Wear full protective gear, including gloves, goggles, and a face mask, before handling.
Do not eat, drink, or smoke during mixing or spraying.
Wash all exposed skin with soap and water right after use.
Keep children, pets, and livestock away from treated fields for 24 hours.
Avoid inhaling spray mist or powder dust during mixing and application.
Toxic to fish and aquatic organisms — avoid spraying near ponds, rivers, or fish farms.
Triple rinse empty containers, puncture, and discard as per local waste guidelines.
Store Copper Oxychloride 50% WP its original sealed container in a cool, dry, shaded area away from direct sunlight.
