EBS Alphosides is a broad-spectrum insecticide and acaricide containing Quinalphos 25% EC, belonging to the Organophosphate group. Once applied, it works through contact and stomach action and inhibits enzymes in the nervous system of insects and pests, killing pests immediately. Quinalphos 25% EC also penetrates into plant tissue and lasts for an extended period on the crops, even in rainy weather conditions. With fast knockdown and good residual activity, EBS Alphosides effectively controls sucking insects, chewing pests, borers, and mites across Cotton, Paddy, Vegetables, Fruit crops, and more — making it a versatile insecticide.
Dual-action Formula: EBS Alphosides insecticide kills pests on direct contact and through ingestion of treated plant parts.
Acaricide Property: Quinalphos 25% EC is also effective against Spider Mites and other mites — controls both insects and mites.
Penetrating Action: This insecticide penetrates plant tissue to reach borers and caterpillars hiding inside stems, shoots, and leaf rolls.
Fast Knockdown: It disrupts nerve functions in pests immediately on contact, and pests stop feeding and die within hours of application.
Long Residual: Quinalphos 25% EC provides long-lasting protection to the crops through systemic action.
Broad Spectrum: EBS Alphosides insecticide controls sucking insects, chewing pests, borers, caterpillars, and mites across a wide range of crops.
Wide Crop Coverage: It protects crops like Cotton, Paddy, Mustard, Okra, sesame, Apple, and other major crops.
Sucking Insects: Aphids, Jassids, Thrips, Whiteflies, Leafhoppers, Scale Insects, Woolly Aphids
Borers and Caterpillars: Bollworms, Stem Borer, Fruit Borer, Leaf Webber, Sawfly
Mites: Red Spider Mites, Two-Spotted Mites
Other Pests: Pod Borer, Leaf Roller, Bihar Hairy Caterpillar
Mix EBS Alphosides in 200 liters of water per acre for foliar spray. Apply Quinalphos 25% EC at the first sign of pest infestation for best results.

Rinse the sprayer with clean water after use.
Spray in the early morning or late evening when temperatures are cool and wind speed is low — avoid spraying during peak bee foraging hours (10 AM to 4 PM).
Frequency of Application: Apply Quinalphos 25% EC at the first sign of pest attack. Repeat after 10 to 14 days if pest pressure continues. Do not apply more than 2 to 3 times per season.

Yes — EBS Alphosides has acaricide properties and is effective against Red Spider Mites and Two-Spotted Mites along with sucking and boring insects in a single spray.
Quinalphos is non-systemic but has good penetrating action — it penetrates plant tissue to reach borers and caterpillars hiding inside stems and leaf rolls where direct contact sprays cannot reach.
A single spray provides 10 to 14 days of residual pest protection due to its strong contact action and penetrating activity on leaf surfaces and plant tissue.
Early morning or late evening, when temperatures are cool and bees are not actively foraging, avoid spraying during flowering to protect pollinators.
