Technical Name:

Cartap Hydrochloride 7.5% w/w + Emamectin Benzoate 0.25% w/w GR

Barroz is a specialized insecticide combining cartap hydrochloride and emamectin benzoate. This unique formulation provides effective and long-lasting control of Stem Borer (dead heart) in paddy crops. With a dual-mode of action, Barroz ensures excellent resistance management and promotes strong and healthy tiller development through its phytotonic effect.

Mode of Action:

Barroz disrupts the neuromuscular process at the nerve-muscle junction, causing permanent prevention of muscle contraction, leading to paralysis and death of the insect. It also inhibits muscle contraction by causing a continuous flow of chlorine ions in the GABA and H-Glutamate receptor sites.

Dosage:
