IIL Green Label Bispyribac Sodium 10% SC is a selective, systemic post-emergence herbicide specially formulated for controlling grasses, sedges, and broad-leaved weeds, particularly Echinochloa species, in direct-seeded rice. It works by inhibiting weed growth and is absorbed through both foliage and roots for effective control. It can also be used to suppress weed growth in non-crop areas.

Mode of Action:

1. Acts as an acetolactate synthase (ALS) inhibitor, disrupting the biosynthesis of essential branched-chain amino acids in susceptible weeds, leading to growth inhibition and death.

Method & Time of Application:

1. Apply as a post-emergence spray when weeds are in the early growth stage (2-4 leaf stage).

2. Ensure sufficient moisture in the field at the time of application for maximum effectiveness.

3. Use flat fan or flood jet nozzle for uniform coverage.
