Sumitomo Caviet is a broad-spectrum systemic fungicide developed for managing important fungal diseases in paddy, chilli, groundnut, cumin, wheat, and onion. This fungicide works by inhibiting ergosterol biosynthesis, halting fungal cell membrane formation, and stopping disease growth. Sumitomo Caviet is absorbed by treated foliage and moves upward within the plant, helping protect fresh growth. Caviet fungicide provides triple protection. It helps reduce spore germination, fungal growth, and further infection.

Sumitomo Caviet should be used only on the recommended crops and diseases mentioned on the product label.
Apply Caviet fungicide as a uniform foliar spray at the early appearance of disease. Caviet fungicide dose per litre is approximately 1.5 grams when 300 grams are mixed in 200 litres of water. Always maintain the recommended acre dose because water volume may change with crop canopy and spraying equipment.

Sumitomo Caviet should be measured accurately and applied with enough water for complete coverage.
Check the crop carefully and identify the fungal disease before spraying.
Measure the required quantity of Caviet fungicide according to the dosage table.
Fill the spray tank halfway with clean water.
Mix Sumitomo Caviet separately in a small amount of water to prepare a smooth premix.
Add the premix to the tank while stirring continuously.
Add the remaining water and keep the solution properly agitated.
Spray Caviet fungicide uniformly on upper and lower leaf surfaces.
Use the prepared solution on the same day and clean the sprayer after application.
Apply Sumitomo Caviet when the first disease symptoms appear or just before infection under favourable weather conditions. Caviet fungicide gives better results when used during the early disease stage. Spray Caviet fungicide during the morning or evening in calm weather, and avoid application before rain or during strong wind.
Frequency of Application: One timely Sumitomo Caviet spray may control an early infection. Repeat Caviet fungicide only when disease pressure continues, and the product label recommends another treatment.
Re-Entry Period: Do not enter the treated field until the spray has dried. Wear protective equipment if early entry is necessary.
Compatibility: Sumitomo Caviet may be compatible with many crop-protection products, but conduct a jar test before tank mixing. Avoid strongly alkaline mixtures.
Resistance Management: Caviet fungicide belongs to FRAC Group 3. Rotate it with fungicides from another effective FRAC group instead of making repeated consecutive applications.
Read the Sumitomo Caviet label carefully before measuring or spraying.
Wear gloves, a mask, goggles, full-sleeve clothing, and closed footwear during application.
Do not eat, drink, smoke, or chew while handling Caviet fungicide.
Avoid inhaling spray mist and prevent contact with the eyes or skin.
Do not exceed the recommended dose of Sumitomo Caviet.
Keep Caviet fungicide away from ponds, canals, food, animal feed, and drinking water.
Wash exposed skin, clothes, and spraying equipment thoroughly after use.
Store Sumitomo Caviet in its original sealed and labelled pack.

Caviet fungicide should remain protected from accidental moisture entry.
