Pump dose: Use 1.5 gm per 15-litre knapsack pump for general application. Water Volume: Use 150 to 200 litres of water per acre for uniform coverage.
Prepare the field by scouting weed density and growth stage — the 2- to 4-leaf stage of weeds is ideal for spraying.
Wear gloves and a face mask before measuring the product.
Measure the right quantity using a clean spoon or weighing cup.
Half-fill the spray tank with clean water and pour in the measured product slowly while stirring.
Top up with the remaining water and stir until the solution looks uniform.
Use a flat-fan nozzle for herbicide application — never a hollow-cone insecticide nozzle.
Spray uniformly over the field surface, avoiding overlap.
Do not spray in windy conditions to avoid drift onto neighbouring broadleaf crops.
The best time to use FMC Affinity Herbicide is at the early post-emergence stage — when weeds have emerged and are actively growing at the 2- to 4-leaf stage. Spraying at this stage gives the strongest kill because weeds are small, tender, and actively absorbing the chemistry. For wheat, spray 25 to 35 days after sowing. Apply during clear, sunny conditions — sunlight is essential for Carfentrazone Ethyl 40% DF to work, as it triggers the plant-membrane damage reaction. Avoid heavy rain within 4 to 6 hours of application.
Frequency: Only 1 post-emergence spray per crop cycle — do not repeat the same herbicide in the same season on the same crop.
Re-Entry Period: Wait at least 24 hours after spraying before re-entering the treated field without protective clothing.
Compatibility: Carfentrazone Ethyl 40% DF is widely tank-mixed with Sulfosulfuron in wheat for a full-spectrum weed control program. Also compatible with 2,4-D and Metsulfuron-methyl. Always run a small jar test 24 hours before a new tank-mix combination.

Do not eat, drink, or smoke during mixing or spraying.
Spray downwind and keep children, pets, and livestock away from treated fields.
Wash hands and exposed body parts with soap and water after use.
Use a separate sprayer for herbicides — never use the same sprayer that was used for insecticides or fungicides on the crop, as residues can damage the plants.
In case of accidental ingestion, contact a doctor immediately with the product label.
Store FMC Affinity herbicide in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight.
Keep away from food, animal feed, and drinking water sources.
Store in the original container with the cap tightly closed.
