Tata Rallis Rilon Insecticide is a highly effective insecticide designed for use on lepidopteran insects, which are the most harmful insects after sucking pests in agricultural crops like vegetables and fruits. Rilon pesticide (Emamectin Benzoate 5% SG) employs a novel mechanism. When applied, it absorbs through the leaves (trans-laminar) and creates a reservoir of molecules in each leaf. When insects feed on foliage, the Rilon Insecticide (Emamectin benzoate) molecule in the leaves is released, inhibiting muscular contraction and killing the bug.

Mode of Action:

• It is an insecticide with stomach action and should be ingested by the larva to be most effective.

• Emamectin benzoate is produced by a naturally occurring bacterium known as Streptomyces avermitilis
