Mode of Action:

• Glyphosate inhibits the EPSPS (5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthase) enzyme, blocking the shikimic acid pathway responsible for amino acid synthesis. This results in the gradual death of weeds by stopping protein formation, cell growth, and root development. It is systemic and translocates from leaves to the entire plant.
