Koranda insecticide uses cover sucking, chewing, and boring pests across both registered crops:

The Koranda insecticide dose per litre is 2 ml per litre of water for both registered crops — equivalent to 400 ml per acre in 200 litres of water and 30 ml per 15L pump.

How to use Koranda insecticide correctly for best pest control results:
Measure the required dose of Tata Koranda insecticide as per the crop-wise dose table above.
Pre-mix the measured quantity in a small amount of clean water in a separate container and stir well before adding to the sprayer tank.
Fill the sprayer tank with the remaining clean water and agitate thoroughly to form a uniform emulsion.
For best results, add a spreader or sticker adjuvant to the spray solution — this improves leaf adhesion and coverage.
Use a hollow cone or flat fan nozzle — ensure spray reaches the underside of leaves where sucking pests cluster and the base of stems where Stem Borers are active.
Apply at the first sign of pest infestation — two successive sprays are recommended, the first immediately after pest incidence and the second 10–15 days later.
Spray during early morning or late evening — avoid spraying during peak bee foraging hours as Koranda insecticide can affect pollinators.
Rinse all sprayer equipment thoroughly with clean water after every use.
Best Time to Apply:
Apply Tata Koranda insecticide in the early morning or late evening on a calm, dry day. For Paddy, spray at the active tillering stage when Yellow Stem Borer and Leaf Folder populations first reach the Economic Threshold Level. For Cotton, apply at the first sign of Bollworm egg hatching or sucking pest colony formation.
Frequency of Application: Apply at the first sign of pest infestation. Two successive sprays are recommended — the first at initial pest incidence and the second 10–15 days later if pest pressure continues. Do not exceed 2–3 applications per season; rotate with products from different IRAC groups after 2 consecutive applications.
Re-Entry Period: Do not enter treated fields for at least 24 hours after spraying without proper protective gear.
Tank-Mix Compatibility: Koranda insecticide is compatible with most fungicides, insecticides, and micronutrients. Always perform a jar test before mixing with unfamiliar products. Avoid mixing with strongly alkaline products.
Wear gloves, goggles, and a face mask before handling or spraying Tata Koranda insecticide.
Do not eat, drink, or smoke during mixing or application.
Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes — rinse immediately with clean water for 15 minutes if contact occurs.
Toxic to bees and aquatic organisms — do not spray during active bee foraging hours or near water bodies, ponds, or fish farms.
Keep children, pets, and livestock away from treated fields for at least 24 hours.
Wash all exposed skin thoroughly with soap and water after every spray session.
Triple rinse empty containers, puncture, and dispose of per local waste guidelines.
Store Koranda insecticide in its original sealed container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
Keep away from food, animal feed, and seeds.
Store out of reach of children and farm animals.
