IIL Monocil is a broad-spectrum insecticide used for controlling sucking and chewing pests in crops. The Monocil insecticide works through systemic and contact action by disrupting the pest’s nervous system, causing paralysis and death. IIL Monocil is mainly used in cotton, citrus, and tea for pests like jassids, bollworms, mites, leaf miners, aphids, and tea mosquito bug. Monocil insecticide helps reduce pest feeding, leaf damage, shoot damage, and crop weakness when applied at the early pest stage. IIL Monocil moves inside treated plant parts and also affects pests that come in contact with the spray.

IIL Monocil Dose:

Use IIL Monocil as a foliar spray with clean water and proper coverage. Monocil insecticide dose is 200 ml per acre, 30 ml per 15-litre spray pump, or 2 ml per litre of water. Apply Monocil insecticide on crop areas where pests are active, especially tender leaves, shoots, lower leaf surfaces, and fruiting parts.

How to Use IIL Monocil:

Measure the required IIL Monocil quantity as per crop area and pest pressure.
Fill the spray tank halfway with clean water.
Mix the measured Monocil insecticide quantity in a small amount of water first.
Add the prepared IIL Monocil solution into the main spray tank.
Add the remaining water and stir the spray solution properly.
Spray Monocil insecticide uniformly on the crop canopy.
Cover both upper and lower leaf surfaces for better pest control.
Focus IIL Monocil spray on tender leaves, shoots, flowers, bolls, and pest-active areas.
Apply Monocil insecticide when pest activity is first noticed in the field.
Avoid spraying during strong wind, rainfall, or very hot afternoon weather.
Use the prepared IIL Monocil spray solution on the same day.

Best Time to Apply:

Apply IIL Monocil when jassids, bollworms, mites, leaf miners, aphids, or tea mosquito bug are first noticed in the crop. Monocil insecticide performs better when pest pressure is still low to moderate and spray coverage is even. Morning or evening spraying is better because crop stress and spray loss are lower. IIL Monocil should not be sprayed on wilted, waterlogged, or severely stressed crops.

Frequency of Application and Re-Entry Period:

Frequency of Application: One timely Monocil insecticide spray can help manage early to moderate pest pressure. Repeat IIL Monocil only if pest activity continues and label guidance allows it.
Re-Entry Period: Do not enter the treated field for at least 24 hours after Monocil insecticide application without proper protective gear.
Compatibility: IIL Monocil should not be mixed with unknown pesticides, fertilizers, micronutrients, or strong alkaline products without a jar test.
