Mode of Action:
- Diafenthiuron acts as a contact and stomach insecticide. It inhibits mitochondrial ATP synthesis, disrupting energy production in insect cells.
- Bifenthrin is a synthetic pyrethroid that affects the sodium channel of insect nerve cells, causing paralysis and death.
Method of Application:
- Apply as a foliar spray using recommended quantity of water.
- Ensure uniform coverage on both upper and lower leaf surfaces.
- Spray at the early stage of pest infestation for best results.
- Avoid spraying during strong wind or high temperature hours; apply preferably in the morning or evening.
Target Pest:
- Aphids, Jassids, Whiteflies, Thrips, Bollworms, Caterpillars
Dosage:
- 300-400 ml per acre (depending on crop and pest intensity)
- Use in 150–200 liters of water per acre
