Mode of Action:
Thiamethoxam acts as a systemic insecticide, absorbed by seeds and translocated throughout the growing plant. It disrupts the nervous system of insects by binding to nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs), resulting in paralysis and death of the pest shortly after feeding.
