How To Use Aaatank Insecticide:
Measure the required dose of Carbosulfan 25% EC as per the crop-wise dose table above.
Add the measured quantity to a sprayer tank half-filled with clean water and mix well before topping up.
Fill with the remaining clean water and agitate thoroughly to form a uniform emulsion before spraying.
Use a hollow cone or flat fan nozzle for thorough coverage — ensure spray reaches the underside of leaves where hoppers and borers are most active.
Apply at the first sign of pest activity or when pest populations reach the Economic Threshold Level.
Spray during early morning or late evening — avoid spraying during peak bee foraging hours or near water bodies.
For Paddy hopper control, direct the spray toward the base of the plant where hoppers congregate near the waterline.
Rinse all sprayer equipment thoroughly with clean water after every use.
Best Time to Apply:
Apply Aaatank insecticide in the early morning or late evening. For Paddy hoppers and borers, apply at the active tillering stage when pest populations first reach the economic threshold. For sucking pests in Chilli and Brinjal, apply at the first sign of colony formation on young leaves and shoots.
Frequency of Application and Re-Entry Period:
Frequency of Application: Apply at the first sign of pest infestation. Repeat every 10–15 days if pest pressure continues. Do not exceed 2–3 applications per season — rotate with an insecticide from a different IRAC group after 2 consecutive applications to prevent resistance.
