When to grow ?
Sow fenugreek or Methi from late spring to late summer, whenever a bed will be unused for more than eight weeks
Soil to be used
sandy loam soils with good drainage are best suitable for fenugreek cultivation. The soils with a pH value of 6.0 to 7.0 will have increased yield of fenugreek seeds
Proportion of seed
For sowing one acre land,seed rate of 12 kg/acre is used
Fenugreek is taken by mouth for digestive problems such as loss of appetite, upset stomach, constipation, inflammation of the stomach
