• Major - Emamectin Benzoate 5% SG is a modern quick action insecticide belongs to the Avermectin group of insecticides is good for controlling Lepidopteran and sucking pests such as bollworms in cotton and fruit and shoot borers in okra, thrips and mites etc.
   
• It is used for Fruit & Shoot Borer in Okra, DBM in Cabbage, Fruit Borer, Thrips, Mites in Chilli, Fruit and Shoot borer in Brinjal, Pod borer in Redgram , Thrips in Grapes, pod borer in Chickpea etc.
   
• It is a good larvicide having an anti-feedent effect, Larvae die within 2-4 days of the ingestion It is a naturally derived insecticide and thus does not harm most beneficial insects. It has good translaminar action and thus controls the caterpillars present on the lower surface of the leaves.
