Bayer Council Activ herbicide is a selective post-emergence herbicide mainly used in paddy for early weed management. Bayer Council Activ herbicide works through both leaf and soil activity, helping control weeds for a longer period. It works by stopping ALS enzyme activity in sensitive weeds, which slows their growth and gradually kills them. Bayer Council Activ herbicide controls major grasses, sedges, and broadleaf weeds that compete with rice during the early growth stage. This herbicide is also very cost-effective as it provides strong protection at very low doses.
