How To Use Sellrod — Application Instructions:
Shake the Sellrod bottle well before measuring the required dose.
Half-fill the sprayer tank with clean water.
Add the required quantity of Sellrod and top up with the remaining clean water.
Stir well to form a uniform milky white emulsion.
Apply evenly, covering all plant surfaces, including upper and lower leaf surfaces and stems.
For soil pest and termite control, apply as a soil drench at the base of the plant.
Wash the sprayer thoroughly with clean water after every use.
Best Time to Apply:
Apply Chlorpyrifos 50% EC in the early morning or late evening when temperatures are cool, and wind speed is low — avoid spraying between 10 AM and 4 PM to protect bees and pollinators.
Frequency of Application & Re-Entry Period:
Frequency of Application: Begin spraying at the first sign of pest activity. A second application may be given after 14 to 21 days if pest pressure continues. Limit to 2 to 3 applications per season.
Re-Entry Period: Keep farm workers out of treated fields for a minimum of 24 hours after spraying without proper protective gear.
Tank-mix Compatibility: Compatible with most commonly used fungicides and insecticides. Always run a jar test before combining two products. Avoid mixing with alkaline solutions.
