EBS Configure insecticide is a systemic insecticide used for managing sucking pests in agriculture and horticulture crops. EBS Configure helps control pests by disturbing their nerve signal movement. This insecticide is useful against aphids, jassids, whiteflies, thrips, brown plant hopper, green leaf hopper, flea beetles, and mango hopper. It works through systemic, contact, and stomach action, giving protection to treated crop parts. It is useful when pest attacks start on tender leaves, shoots, and growing parts.
Systemic Control: EBS Configure insecticide moves inside treated plant parts and helps control pests that suck plant sap.
Broad-Spectrum: EBS Configure insecticide helps manage aphids, jassids, whiteflies, thrips, hoppers, and other sap-sucking pests.
Multiple Applications: It can be used as a foliar spray, seed treatment, or soil drench as per crop need and label guidance.
Strong Protection: EBS Configure insecticide supports healthier leaves, better crop vigour, and reduced pest-related yellowing or curling.
Easy to Use: The soluble liquid formulation mixes easily in water and is simple for farmers to measure and apply.
Early-Stage Support: It gives better performance when sprayed at the first sign of pest activity before the population becomes heavy.
Paddy: Brown plant hopper and green leaf hopper that damage the crop by sucking sap.
Cotton: Aphids, jassids, and whiteflies that cause leaf curling, yellowing, and weak crop growth.
Chilli: Aphids, jassids, and whiteflies that attack tender leaves and growing parts.
Okra and Lady Finger: Aphids, jassids, and thrips that reduce plant vigour and leaf quality.
Tomato and Brinjal: Whiteflies, aphids, jassids, and thrips that affect leaves, shoots, and flowers.
Grapes: Thrips and flea beetles that damage leaves and tender crop parts.
Mango: Mango hopper during active pest pressure.
Use EBS Configure insecticide according to the crop, pest stage, and application method. Configure insecticide dose per litre is 0.5 ml per litre of water for foliar spray. For seed treatment, use 2 to 4 ml per kg of seed. For soil drenching, use 2 to 3 ml per litre of water. Spray evenly on pest-active areas, especially the lower leaf surface where sucking pests usually remain.
Crop | Target Pest | Dose per acre | Application Method | PHI |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Paddy | Brown plant hopper, green leaf hopper | 50 to 75 ml | Foliar spray with uniform crop coverage | Follow label |
Cotton | Aphids, jassids, whiteflies | 70 to 100 ml | Foliar spray on leaves and tender parts | Follow label |
Chilli | Aphids, jassids, whiteflies | 50 to 75 ml | Foliar spray during early pest attack | Follow label |
Okra | Aphids, jassids, thrips | 50 to 75 ml | Foliar spray with lower leaf coverage | Follow label |
Tomato | Whiteflies, aphids, jassids, thrips | 50 to 75 ml | Foliar spray on canopy and tender shoots | Follow label |
Brinjal | Aphids, jassids, thrips, whiteflies | 50 to 75 ml | Foliar spray during pest activity | Follow label |

Measure the required quantity of EBS Configure insecticide as per crop and pest pressure.
Fill the spray tank halfway with clean water.
Mix the measured EBS Configure insecticide quantity in a small amount of water first.
Add this prepared solution into the main spray tank.
Add the remaining water and stir the spray mixture properly.
Spray EBS Configure insecticide uniformly on the crop canopy.
Cover the upper and lower leaf surfaces properly.
For seed treatment, coat the seed uniformly and dry it in shade before sowing.
For soil drench, apply near the root zone as per label guidance.
Avoid spraying during strong wind, rainfall, or very hot afternoon weather.
Use the prepared spray solution on the same day.
Apply EBS Configure insecticide when sucking pest activity is first noticed in the field. Early spray helps stop pest feeding before leaf curling, yellowing, and plant weakening become severe. Morning or evening application is better because crop stress and spray loss are lower. EBS Configure insecticide should not be applied on wilted, waterlogged, or severely stressed crops.
Frequency of Application: One timely spray of EBS Configure insecticide can help manage early to moderate sucking pest pressure. Repeat only if pest pressure continues and label guidance allows it.
Re-Entry Period: Do not enter the treated field for at least 24 hours after application without protective gear.
Compatibility: EBS Configure insecticide should not be mixed with unknown pesticides, fertilizers, or micronutrients without a jar test.
Application Care: Proper spray coverage is important because pests often hide on the lower side of leaves and tender crop parts.
Resistance Care: Rotate with other suitable insecticide groups and avoid repeated use of the same chemistry.
