Technical Content: Oxyfluorfen 23.5 % EC
Katyayani Oxyfen is a chemical herbicide containing Oxyfluorfen 23.5% in an Emulsifiable Concentrate. It effectively controls a wide range of weeds through Contact action by disrupting their cell functions, causing death of the weed crop. This herbicide is suitable for agricultural use against weeds such as Echinochloa sp. Cyperus iria, Eclipta alba, Chenopodium album, Amaranthus viridis in crops like Paddy, Tea, Onion and many other crops.
Mode of action:
The mode of action of Oxyfluorfen 23.5% EC is through Contact action, which causes disrupting in the cell membrane that leads to damage of cellular functions and causes damaging of cells and eventually death of the weed crop.
