Once we receive the cancellation request for you, we will immediately process for the refund of the whole amount paid by you, but it will only show in your bank account only when the product comes back to our hub. Once the refund is processed we will intimate you through EMAIL and SMS with the refund transaction details.
Return and Replacement Policy:
If you want to place a replacement in AgriBegri, you have to apply for the replacement within 1 week of the delivery of the product. You have to call our 24x7 customer support for raising any replacement request. Once we receive your replacement request we will initiate the process for it and will ensure that the replacement is made at the earliest. The replacement is only possible if the product is unused, no damages, with the original packaging and with the receipt and the invoice.
Kindly note that replacement will be made only after proper investigation of the whole scenario for replacement by our special team.
